Sri Muruga Bhavan - Vegetarian restaurant in Salem - Salem, India

Today I had breakfast here, The masala dosa was good I loved coconut chatni, Pongal was ok ok quantity less. Medu Vada was good and crispy but too much black pepper. Poori was tasty my daughter enjoyed it. All the variety of dosas are good. The place was spacious and less crowded.

A pretty average branch from Sri Muruga Bhavan hotels. The quality of the food and the taste at this particular branch was awful. hope they will maintain that standard here with other branches. In addition the atmosphere is not quite large and the place is kept very poor. Skip if possible.

All tiffin items available, taste wise just ok still a lot of scope is there for improvement. The sambar quality can be improved further because this is the heart of the food. You will get all usual dosa veraity here and chappati is good one. I never tried parotta here but most of the people do order. They do have a sweet and namkeen section but i never tasted those, if required you can checkout. Overall Satisfied experience but still a lot more to be improved. Food was delicious, serving was good. We had idly, vada, which was crispy, 9niin uthappam was super, onions were roasted correctly, pongal was good. Though sambar was in very very very small cups, but they gave more when asked.

The quality of the food is good. Sweets and savories are of great taste. 2 stars reduced for the pricing. The kurma given for parotta is not sufficient. Have informed the parcelling guy a lot of time to give extra, but he always gives less. Half parotta have to be eaten without kurma.

A pure vegetarian restaurant near Manipal Hospital. It is a fast-food place for everyone to grab your quick lunch. Gotta try their meals and did I mention, they serve samosa with curd rice which, I find pretty unique to this place! Near Manipal and looking to have a quick lunch stop, Sri Muruga Bhavan is a go-to place without a doubt!

Worst ever Service, I used to prefer Muruga Bhavan where ever it's available like i visited Muruga Bhavan in Salem Junction, we waited more than 10 mins, i know hotel service is busy but then in this case tables where not occupied fully and 4 service people is available to take order but no one is interested to take order then we(3 people )left the hotel , No one is care to ask why you people

Very nice hotel... And very good taste... Waiter also approach me kindly.... One man I think he is the incharge of this hotel.... Awesome response from him for all... Keep it up... Don't forget if you are going to this route kindly go and enjoy the food and ambience...
