Sri Jogulamba Ammavari Temple - Featured Reviews (17819)
Temple itself is having a great honour and we should be proud of kings who made such wonderful monuments. However the current rulers are not interested in maintaining the place clean. No proper maintenance.
Very peaceful temple. The temple surroundings are clean. Not much rush when we visited. The architecture of the temple is simply awesome...most of it has been destroyed though ages ago. But whatever is left is worth visiting.
One of the shakthi petam edi. Chala bhagundi ee temple. And the architecture of the temple is amazing. Free food for devotee's. But if govt will take of this temple its well and good. Over all very happy and good experience with my family.
Jogulamba Devi Temple, an exquisite red-stone temple with amazing south Indian architecture, was the fifth Shakti Peeta. Inside Lord Shiva's temple, you will feel good energy and there are nine Shiva lingas. However, intruders have damaged several of the statues. The mosque is still located inside the temple compound, which is a drawback. This temple is close to Tungabhadra Sangamam and the Krishna River. It's really very lovely. My family and I had a fantastic day visiting the Hole Temple.
Known as Dakshina Kasi, this place is a must-visit to experience the divinity of Lord Shiva and Ammavaru. I'm surprised at how our ancestors crafted the lingas with different materials. It is an architectural masterpiece.

Most powerful shakthipeeta pilgrimage place ,with poor maintenance, poor works, unpolite temple management, full of beggers including parking fee with worst maintenance, they could have constructed good platform for parking for the fee collected since many years, everything is commercial.I seriously request to TELANGANA STATE GOVERNMENT TO CONSIDER THE HOLY PLACE OF HINDUS TO GIVE A GOOD LOOK AND MAINTENANCE.
Very nice and sacred place for Hindus. It is one of the shaktipeetas . A beautiful ancient temple built with red stone with south indian architecture. I think there are 7 temples you can see from top of water dam . You will get positive vibes inside Lord shiva temple. But Some of the statues are destroyed by invaders. one bad thing is still mosque is inside the temple complex.
It is one of the ancient temple built with red stone and wonderful architecture. There are nine shiva lingas here and jogulamba was the 5th shakti peeta. Which was located near the bank of krishna and tungabhadra sangamam. Pinda pradanam's are also do here. It was a fabulous experience with my family by visiting the hole temple.
