I came Agartala from Bangladesh for travelling purpose on 12th July,2022. I hired a car from them. I am very much pleased for their service. They are experienced and professional.

Not dependable service provider. Big in words nill in service. Never relay on this tour operator. Carefully read reviews before any decision. As per tele talks on 4th, 5th April/ 22 I have sent accomodation booking confirmation via whatsapp for car arrangement as assured by the firm. Thereafter the firm was not reachable and I had to take alternative.

Mr. Saha, the owner of this firm here is utterly unprofessional and is a opportunist. He will boast off of his career like anything but when it's time to deliver he will just run off. I was in touch with Mr. Saha almost 25 days prior to my actual booking date and he confirmed me that I shall be provided a self drive car accordingly when I arrive here. I reconfirmed the same almost a week prior to my planned date, where he confirmed me back. However when I tried contacting him on my actual planned date, he just denies saying he is having a family emergency and that he has no staff to entertain me or my requests and that his agency is shut down today. He denied my request after I landed here in Agartala airport. The very last minute he told me he cannot provide me the car. This was very very unprofessional of him. When I tried reaching some other agency for a caand when I updated them of my situation they told me that this agency has been bluffing in such way with many customers very frequently. Guys please be aware and stay away of this agency especially if you are looking for self drive here in Agartala.

The so called owner of this travel agency is very dubious and should not be trusted at all. He will promise of services and keep you hopeful till the very last minute and when it is time to deliver he will just make some random excuse and hide away. If you reach Agartala and ask for reviews on this travel agency you will hardly find anybody saying good about it and it seems the owner Mr. Saha is very famous for such dubious acts for years now. Not at all professional and trustworthy

Pathetic service provider for corporate bookings, they don't have bill copy and Mr. Saha, whose no is there is search page, is also a fraud. He will tell you so many things but at the end of the day their service level is rock bottom. Have to get my bill copy for corporate booking done on 15th March 2019 and till date waiting for a reply (excuse) from Mr. Saha. Don't even think for Corporate booking.

Good knowledgeable driver and attentive owner . Enjoyed booking and using their vehicle and driver across Tripura

They have failed to deliver the service what they have promised last night. Surprisingly Mr. S. Saha have put the phone switched off. With much difficult and help of Tripura tourism I have managed. I think they should not be allowed to do business in Agartala . In addition, Mr. S Saha has given me a lecture how we should look after the drivers - labour class.

Good Service!! Although it was raining heavily but they were On Time and gave us a great service throughout.. Keep doing great job ..
