Recently we took my mother to Dr. Siva Prasad for Blood Pressure (BP) related issues. He is very friendly and nice doctor. He explained cause of health problem and treatment very well. He took care of my mother very well. The nursing sisters also very nice and helped my mother very well.

Hi My name is Prasad, recently I consulted Dr. Siva Prasad for a health problem, he is very good listener, and supportive, moreover, he is a very good human being, his treatment was wonderful. I would suggest patients to consult this doctor. About this Hospital, nurses and pharmacists are kind and helpful.

We faced this issue regarding our 4 year old nephew. When we visited the hospital in the morning they told doctor is available in the round the clock. When we called them in the early hours initially they told doctor is available, but when we visited the hospital they told doctor is not available. strictly unprofessional behaviour. Just because you are having demand right now u can't treat the patient like and their family like that especially with child care.

Excellent Hospital. Biggest hospital. All doctors are available here. All equipment is also available. I visited this hospital once. The atmosphere is very good; always keep it clean. Doctors are treated very carefully, and nurses and all other staff also give good support to patients. All necessary equipment is available; this is the best hospital in Kavali.

Very hygienic hospital in Kavali. The doctors and nurses treat the patients in a proper way. Recently, one of my relatives children got admitted; the child recovered fast with proper medication.

"My Response to Your Reply" About Bills: You asked us to pay some balance amount after insurance. For that also we haven't got any bill. During our first day in your hospital, we paid for the medicine. For those also, we didn't got the bills. When we asked about it, the guy in your Pharmacy bluntly said that they don't have any records for the medicine that we paid. And we came to know that those medicines are also got claimed in insurance. FYI, maybe you cannot provide the original bills, but when asked, it is your duty to provide the photocopy of bills declaring Not for Clam. About Charger: As I already mentioned, just copy pasting it again, "At that time, this Doctor came for a visit, and rudely and recklessly, he removed the charger and threw it aside and warned us not to charge the mobile in a very impolite way. We do have insurance, and when we checked the bills that were kept for claim, they added a minimum of 3x dosages then they actually used. Guy in Pharmacy is so rude, that being him so unaccountable, he is shouting on us for asking bills and not maintain proper count of medicine that was used on our kid. We joined our kid for 4 days, who is just older than an year. So obviously his mom stayed with him as an attendee. As she stayed with him all the time for 4days, she kept her mobile for charging using one of the plugs that are available in the room that is provided for us. At that time, this Doctor came for a visit, and rudely and recklessly, he removed the charger and threw it aside and warned us not to charge the mobile in a very impolite way. We understand his concern, but there is a way to saying things in a proper way. His attitude towards patients is not at all welcoming. Mosquitoes in NICU made us go AWE!! The only good thing about this hospital is their Nursing staff. Rest apart, this place is not at all recommended for pediatrics. The reason I'm writing this review, is because, I don't want other parents to face what we have faced. And reading this, hoping hospital may improve themselves for better service.

We were here for our daughter OP for Dr. Sreedhar on festive day. The doctor has no patience in dealing with patients doubts regarding their babies . He was in a rush to some work and he barely gives 4-5 mins for analysis and baby . While we are asking the questions to doctor he dont want answer them and yells at us saying I have to rush at stipulated time. When he dont want to answer the queries I don't know why he put the OP on the festive day I strongly recommend no parents should be going for his treatment Very pathetic experience
