ALSHAD'S GOLD'S GYM - Gym in Kavali - Spsr Nellore, India

I have had an overall excellent experience in ALAHAD'S GOLD'S GYM. Over the past few months, I feel I have improved dramatically in multiple aspects of my personal fitness and overall health. I really enjoyed the fitness days that, not only helped me stay physically active, but also cope with stress from other classes and the trainer hari also will take care about all persons in the gym.He is a very good trainer.

The training and equipment is good. Trainer Hari gives good training. Diet plan is also provided. HIIT is available.

I've joined here as a begginer..with no experience at all. It's been a month since I've joined...the training is excellent, especially trainer Hari !! . I've started noticing changes. Equipment is very good. Now I've gained a good experience in gym.

Hi friends.. I would like to write a review about this Gym. Owing to its amazing infrastructure and well maintained gym. The equipment are nicely maintained, which attracts the users towards fitness. The gym has been customized with equipment which suits all sorts of people. The surrounding is very spacious and nice setup for maintaining fitness. Amazing floor for strength and conditioning training. Staff over there are well trained and too friendly with the visitor. Vale of money is making a worth spending here.
