Very friendly people. Decent atmosphere. Lot of parking space. Center of the town. Walkability to railway station e bus station. Great room service. Clean rooms. Smiling faces. Good for family stay. Rooms are reasonably priced. Stayed in 4 rooms with 12 friends. Everything was super fine there. Lot of privacy and freedom. Area isn't that great. But OK considering the price 800 for non ac and 1300 for AC.

At the given price and amenities provided by hotel, this hotel hits to 4 rating. Hotel rooms are big, AC is efficient, water supply telecom etc. Everything is in order. Except for unavailability of food by hotel itself. However, they make arrangement of food if you need Also, the door and its locking systems required to be changed since they appear to be little old. However, given the amenities, service by hotel , this hotel ensures value for money. Also thanks to cleartrip for booking.

Utter waste room with rude and mannerless people. In case you are booking please do confirm on total amount paid/to be paid, even if its online payment.The Room is terribly maintained , bedspread gives a look that they are not washed for years and plug point was not working as well.

The service is not good at all. I stayed there for a day, complaining about the tap which doesn't have water flowing through, but they didn't do a thing about it. Bedsheets and pillow covers had blood stains. Room smelled awful. We have to beg them to give the complementary items and still they didn't give all of them. Worst hotel experience till date.

The hotel is located in a prime location and has some decent parking space thats the only plus I could say. Rooms are not ready even when we check in late , they were not at all clean , old rooms without maintanence , trash and garbage everywhere the hotel. Changed room after compalining several times. The front desk was so rude and was not even ready to accept the mistakes. Kindly avoid stay as the management or whomever managing the hotel is keen in only making money and not in maintaining the show posed big hotel.

We stayed in this hotel with family while attending a marriage in pondy and that has been a worst experience with them in terms of hotel management and cleanliness. The staffs behaved very rude with guests when the rooms were bulk booked and they don't have a good plan to manage the guests. Also being in pondy most of the rooms were stoning with toilet smell and veranda was filled with smoke and drinks smell. Never opt this hotel later just for cheaper cost.

The room were Ok. The bedsheets and all were in very bad condition, even the washed ones. The bath water contained chlorine. The pros are that it is near to bus stand, rock beach, market. Location is good but the amenities in the room are not that good.
