An unprofessional company, which has no ethics at all run by bunch of liers. I would give -5 rating if there was an option for the below said reasons. Before corona, I started a gold savings scheme here. * App incapable of taking payment. so I had to call them multiple times to get an account number to pay online. I have been punctual paying every time * Nobody confirmed or acknowledged , this is irrespective of repeated calls. They claim it's because of corona shut down. * After few years when I visited to buy, they asked me to prove the payments were made since they don't see it in the card. This itself is not ok, since they didnt care. Even after the payment details were furnished they didnt acknowledge or honor the payments. * I had to call (can't count how many times) and had to visit their centre 6 times, every time they said some reason and turned me away. *Every time I visit they give a reason and time line and never meet the deadline or at least inform me on the status * Last week they sent a message from their manager phone number saying everything is setup but when I visited yesterday they still couldn't trace three payments. * This is upon their branch manager said that he is committed to pay it on a specific day and he signed on a piece of paper. This was never done. *After all these the manager never updated me or apologised or did anything to rectify. Things go wrong , but when incapable people run companies they cannot make it right. A matured company should have a process defined and followed, this company never showed any such traits. At a minimum the people (employees) should adhere to what they say and commit, which they never did. The branch manager cannot give a cheque, cannot send email, cannot commit to a time, cannot deliver as promised, cannot override the system, cannot take decisions on his own who has to contact head office. Is he lying to me or has no powers at all. Then why they have a such powerless positions. My frustration and agony cannot be said, all these are not for crores of rupees, it's just 50k , I had to waste so much time and energy. All these time they never treated me as customer, they made me feel like I am taking money free from them. I would never do business with this company again. I would also stay away from these people which ever company they work for.
