I booked rooms for 4 nights from 23rd to 27th april( i was attending exam nearby) ..... I booked in urgency on 23rd in urgency because i got scammed by another hotel which i booked online.... When i called this hotel after booking room- first question he asked - "did you online already?"- when i said "yes"- he told me ac is not working in rooms if you can stay with that you stay orelse find somewhere else ( in a rude manner) nothing we can do.... Scamming people... Very bad behaviour by the personnel..... Same thing happened to me with other hotel room i booked( same response).... I think its happening all over chennai... Such a shame
Never ever book this hotel. its not a hotel its a mansion maintained by random north indian with very bad service. After booking the hotel through oyo, they asked me pay extra 530 rupees. The owner or the manager I guess, he is having the worst behaviour even after complaining. Rooms smells very disgusting. Some one already used the rooms and flowers are there on the bed. Fake location. You'll spend more time on taxi/auto searching hotel location than the room rent. Very interior location. Filthy room and bathroom. Phone signals not available on any network. Railway station dormitories are much better than this hotel. The name is also Ramvijay, but wrongly advertised as Vijay guest house. No direct contact number provided. Even if it is there, you cannot contact because they don't have network signals.
They are denying Oyo bookings at low price and demand for more after reaching the oyo or else they simply say to cancel Please call the oyo before booking and before reaching so that you can find alternatives
I paid full payment to OYO, while checking in Hotel person told agreement with OYO is expired and i need to pay additional Rs250, then only they will allow. Finally i paid since there is no option
Garbage dumping places are better than this. Fraud residency. Worst place to check in. Poor hygiene. It is Not at all a hotel for staying. Cigarette and bottles are dumped inside the room. No cleaning at all.
This room worst not properly clean .... Many Mosquito bathroom no good ...... Totally world worst lodge ..... The receptionist say oyo contract finish don't book online ....
