SPOT ON Sri Sai Lohith Lodge Near Secunderabad Railway Station - Hotel in Hyderabad, Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Very bad. The owner was very rude. And the workers behaved badly. They took extra money as it was booked on an app. And they even provided a single bed room although i booked a double room on the app. Overall. Not recommended.

I booked the hotel to stay on 9th Sept 23. I came in the midnight when I made the online payment days ago through the OYO application. It is confirmed that the hotel is booked and I had the WORST experience in my entire life when the hotel guy said there was no booking available and I was looking for another hotel at midnight.

Room is below average and will make demand to give five-star and bathroom is not clean as well.

This place Have best Near Main Station of secunderabad but Leave it from This hotel time is not full as its 11 Am checkout as we book here for 5 days if you want to check out on 5th day then you have to checkout on time of 11 Am Morning

The only advantage of this place is it's location and that where everything else ends. In room policy, it is mentioned that smoking and drinking alcohol is allowed. However, in practicality on ground it is not allowed. Actually there are boards mentioning the same all over the property. Same goes with the nonveg food. They don't have their own kitchen. They bring it from the restaurant on the ground floor and charge you extra 10% for that and also one has to pay tip to the room boy on top of that. Also, when one of my local subordinate staff came to visit me (since I was on a business purpose visit to Hyderabad), he was asked to pay Rs. 400 if he wanted to see and visit me in my room. Or else he will have to wait in the reception for me to come out of my room. Finally we both went downstairs and sat on small stools of a roadside tea vendor cart for 2 hours and carried out our professional discussion and then I came back to my room. This was a never ever experienced kind of a shocker to me in my life. My visitor wasn't even allowed to keep his bike helmet in my room. Electrical connections, switchboard and bathroom are too filthy to use. There are too many Pan and gutkha stains inside. No linens or towels or toiletries were provided as against what they are claiming in their property policy. Staff needs a lot of training pertaining to their presentation point of view. They need to be taught how not to talk to their guests, especially when they are working in hospitality industry. I chose this property because of it's location, otherwise it is never to go back kind of experience for me.

Rooms are not need and clean and wast service they can provide

I say this is one of the nearest,cheapest and best lodges @secundrabad and coming to the rooms they are not that clean but manageable and bathrooms are average.. You can get hot water in the bathroom which is an added spec...the staff is attentive and you have a cute little terrace on top of this lodge where you have a good view of the surrounding city. So the overall rating is 3 out of 5.
