The guy at reception is very rude, not giving an ounce of respect to customers he behaves as if he gives room for free. Impolite with his words,and place is not recommended for families.
It's good for staying tourists but parking is not available ,it's near by secunderabad railway station..
Have stayed at Room 103 on 28th of October. Was extremely dirty and smelly (Not to forget the mosquitoes). You can literally find spit stains on the walls and everywhere else. The linens looked soiled and unwashed. Ran out of tap water during midnight. Despite complaints, the owner was least bothered to address them. The booking was made through OYO with a price of Rs.655 per night. But, the owner has collected Rs.1000 instead. Was promised a refund at the time of check-out. The next day while I was waiting for my Rapido; the owner made a drama as if he was looking around for the cash. In the end, I had to leave without a refund as I was running late for my appointment (all the hoopla is recorded in their CCTV). Although the owner promised to return the money through Google pay, I haven't received it till date. DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ELSE.
Worst service and management... They are all ignorant from service boy to management.. Only money making mindset.. We faced at least 10 issues so better not to mention each.. Never goto this hotel there are many good hotels nearby..

Very bad experience. Bad food quality. Bad management. They won't even share the wifi password. They told us that the breakfast is complimentary for all 3 guests while check I but when we went to the restaurant they denied breakfast for the 3rd guest. You need to improve your quality of service.
The staff is misbehaving with customers.. Asking for bribe.... I was denied my checkin in spite of prepaid booking the receptionist wanted money and he was drunk.... I was shocked with this behaviour.... Please some one take necessary actions against the hotel... If you want I can provide my booking and transaction id.... The hotel is not safe even Oyo staff were not responding my request..
It's not provided 3 count bed as per selected more of after reaching showed two bed room which would be sufficient only for two members and was asked to pay extra. Was not happy to stay since he has already done the checkin without confirmation so have to stay and pay extra for another room which suits for 3 member . I would never recommend this kind behaviour hotels to any one. Was happy last time it was provided 3 member bed in the Sam hotel since considering goodwill but ended in disappointment this time and will never again in this hotel or in OYO trust broken on time.
