We reached hotel in a heavy rain and Downpour, after showing the booking confirmation the hotel person said at this price he will not provide room and simply said , you tell OYO that hotel person is not giving room and raise a compliant to OYO. He said he need another 500 for the same booking. Very ruthless staff. Very much disappointed.
All given review is absolutely right.All the staff is denied online booking and said all the tourist contact at customer care of booking website. Every staff demands another booking if you want. Very disappointed , first time I have faced with online booking issue.
The room for this hotel is not at all satisfactory. It is very dirty. But the location is great. No Wifi. You can get better hotels at this price near Secunderabad railway station.

I booked a room in Gokul residency.But at check-in time. they refused to give a room and told me that they can't give me a room. it is not profitable for them..They said if I give 250Rs. In case... they will allow me to my roomOtherwise, no entry.
Beber Book om OYO. Guest time i ever booked in OYO app. They are not alloying OYO People, the Price in the OYO app. After Lot OF arguments, i need to Pay more than OYO cost. So i advice Friends not to go for This logre any more. Worst.
