It's a shady location with bar in ground floor. I was there for the art of living course and I had a female frnd who was assumed as a escort. It was really bad and awkward feeling. The rooms were good for men who just want to save some bucks. Not recommended for family and people who need privacy and cleanliness

It was my worst stay experience, the room was just ok but the bed was unclean and the toilet was so disgusting, I would say public toilets are better than this.
