Price worthy in the near Chennai Central station.. located in 500 meters from central station..my suggestion is it's suitable for outstation employees marketing persons .. Booking important for late night reach..

Stayed here in 1996 as part of the school trip to Chennai. Was in class 8 then. Google wasn't around then, reviewing it now. Was ok staying there lol .

I wanted to book the 350rs room but after seeing the state of the room, I checked other rooms. I settled for the 450rs room and that's where my problems started. Lots of mosquitoes, no curtain for the window, no blanket, no hanging hooks on the door or closet to manage your clothes. The mat in front of bathroom was dirty so everytime you want to dry your feet they will get dusty, I asked them to change it they didn't. Spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. I asked to give me just an empty plate they didn't. When I requested them for hot water they delivered but asked for a tip, what's the point of going to a budget hotel if I'm paying extra for tips. Overall the room wasn't well kept at all, I didn't feel safe there.

Don't go to this disgusting place. it won't accept online booking. The manager here is a fraud. Playing games to eat your money. He won't allow to check in by online booking. I went there after a long train journey to take rest and all i got was he wont allow me to check in after an online booking which was already paid. My money was gone and also had to go to some other place to stay. Its not at all clean. The hallway was full of crocroch and was not at all clean. Its a very old building. Please avoid it at any cost

Non ac rooms are too dirty & the staff is not good my experience was horrible at this Lodge... The staff we changing extra money on everything.. even on tea,yes tea. I took a room for a night stay,as soon as I walked in the door of room one of their staff member came to me and asked me for breakfast in upcoming morning then i said yes and asked for money if there's any.. he said yes 60 rupee. I asked what will i get in the breakfast.. he said tea "just a cup of tea".. i instantly cancelled my order right there.... Cos it was only 5-10 rupee for tea & in 60 you can easily have good breakfast. But it doesn't end here... As soon as i said cancel my order that staff member started cutting down the price,from 60 he came down to 10 rupee... But i was frustrated so i just cancelled all.... If you r visitor or local then i would not recommend you this Lodge at all.. you can find better lodge then this on many websites and travel app... Those rooms might be bit expensive say +100-200 rupee but you will have a good experience.

Nearly I cam here after 15years this Lodge I know about 55yers.no chang same pant and everything is same price only change I was paying one day that time Rs.3/-per day now is Rs.400/-

Rude staff and really bad rooms, mosquitoes everywhere couldn't get a wink of sleep in the night. Awful experience.
