Not at all care even if you weight for 10 minutes to there response
Horrible stay: Virtually no room service - they don't give you drinking water. Rules aren't written clearly and the staff are very impolite. Water heater, TV, AC in the room don't work. Worst of all, bedspreads and pillow covers are not washed. Only good thing is there is a lot of parking space.
In Jan 2019 I'm writing this review. Cost per AC room as per room is 950 as per their bill board. But actual cost is 1350 per room. After paying this much amount for 24 hours you have to stay with 500+ mosquitoes in the room. The hotel management does not care about it even if you complain about mosquitoes. Also they don't even use room freshners before giving room to customers. You will have to bear very heavy cigarette smoke smell I'm your entire stay. Ac's are very bad. They take hours to give cooling effect. They have Televisions(poor Quality Display) in the rooms just for name sake. There are no latches in bathrooms of few rooms. There are few car parkings available. Not worth for the money.
Good but the outskirts of the place is not good enough for the price of the rooms...
It's too hard to be there.. faced too much of mosquitoes problem.. u can't able to be there for 10 mins also... Kindly clean all things to maintain hygienic environment..
We travelled 400 km and came to the hotel in night 11 pm. Room was booked through OYO and the room has given to someone else. Worst experience please be careful while booking this.
Dont book this hotel in OYO or any other online sites. They are not accepting the online bookings. Receptionist simply telling they are stopped using Online bookings mainly OYO. Its waste of time.
They are money minded people.. Don't get in to their trap.. so search nearby staying hotels other than this.. n number of hotels are available here in villupuram..
