Spencer's Retail - Store in Kakinada - East Godavari, India

Very limited stock and no continuity of product. If you try a product from this store and try to find it next time, it's unlikely to be present. Anyways, biggest problem is the way billing counters are managed. No matter at what time you visit, there will be no one at the counter for checkout. It takes minimum 5 mins for someone to even appear and call the cashier. Most of the staff are given target of calling certain number of customers which keeps them busy always and hence wait time with checkout.

It was kept in a good place, all products are available but it is smaller than Spencer located near surpavaram.

Worst Spencers I ever seen , they can't even shown the products I asked they simply say check them , And at the bill time they always dont provide change , in this way they are keeping lot of public change . No only for me by the billing time I saw they did this to 2 more ppl , I asked them and they are saying no staff boys are there to bring out change.

Went to buy a chocolate or sweets worth a fixed amount. The staff here are very cooperative and helpful and helped me in getting the required item within minutes. The store is also spacious and neatly arranged. Centrally located also.

Big mart near RamaRao Peta area. Can get your daily needs easily with multiple options to choose from.

No service , card machine never works , passing the parcel the staff, please appoint a proper manager and change the staff..you are loosing business in a great place

Nothing to mention in specific all of you know about Spencer's, this place is opened recently and located near/opposite Vivekananda Park main gate. It has Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking place. Good place to shop. Added readymade's and price is very reasonable.

The new Spencer's retail is recently started. The Display of items very Nice. It's located opposite Raja Tank ,which is called kullai cheruvu. Parking is available for 4 wheels.
