Actually I came this gym with a spinal injury and some other health issues and within a small span of time I was recouped back to a healthy life style and fitness. The trainer Mr Derek is a very patient and down to earth person that, his strategies were quite helpful to regain my fitness back. I strongly recommend this place for ladies, couples and those who have injuries as well, as the trainer is too good in rehabilitation process
