I've been doing physio sessions with Balaji over the past year. He is an excellent and knowledgeable individual with a flare of identifying exactly what the problem is. I have seen steady progress over time and Balaji makes sure that you stay motivated even through any slumps in progress. He makes sure he gives personal attention to every single one of his clients. Dr. Bala is really great. Very passionate about his work, have vast knowledge which he puts to good use. Listen patiently to all your problems and works towards to resolve them. He has an up-to-date facility for rehabilitation and pain relief.

Went to Spectra in August 2021 with a pretty bad frozen shoulder problem and extremely restricted movement. I did around 10-12 sessions and have seen very good results so far. I am on my way to recovery and currently doing rehab exercises. I really liked the way Balaji analyzed the problem and was able to work on it in a systematic and planned manner. He is very knowledgeable and understands the issue in detail to provide the right treatment. I am much better now and on the path to recovery. Strongly recommended.
