Strongly recommend spartans if you are looking for a sophisticated and clean place for your daily workouts. The staffs are pretty approachable and train you really well. It is well equipped with all the necessary tools making it perfect for you to start your fitness journey. Most of all it is pretty affordable and is in an easily accessible location.

My friend and I joined the gym after seeing the reviews on Google Maps. I joined the gym thinking there were ladies there. After joining there, she was not at all comfortable. One day in the evening, she came to the gym and after starting to work out, some boys from outside came to the gym. They stared at her and shot the video. We bought the phone and deleted the video.. I took her from the gym who was not very comfortable. Only the morning trainer is better. It was the evening trainer who brought people in from the outside. That too after she came and called his friends, he doesn't even know how to exercise. Kindly done
No ladies should join. When you join, they say that there are some ladies, they will stick you, it is just a lie. Ladies will never be comfortable in that gym. All they want is money and if they get it, their attitude will change.
The coach was very friendly and approachable and overall a good experience. Strongly recommend to join this gym if you haven't done yet
