This is the worst spa you can ever visit... There's a therapist named Nancy... Plz do not ever take massage from her... First they'll force you to take extra service, after paying the money she'll say you cannot touch me on this particular area & that particular area... The attitude of the receptionist as well as the therapist is so bad I cannot tell you... The owner of this place, kindly take action on the same... This is a scam of 2500 that has been done to me... Plz take action against this particular therapist Nancy from Siliguri
The assigned therapist did a wonderful job and very warm and made me feel comfortable.. also gave few tips.. the person at the desk is very approachable, ready to help and explains all the therapies in details, and guides u well. On the whole a lovely experience.
Very bad service, your therapist not cooperative
Worse place to visit. They will left you in oil without providing hot water for shower. The receptionist and manager will not bothered after complaining. Please don't go
