Cons: 1. Parking is a huge hassle. We travelled using common transport so dint face an issue. 2. Because of metro work and we found it hard to reach the hotel entrance and also tough to explain directions to cab drivers and auto drivers to reach the side road of hotel. Pros: Amazing hotel. Room service was awesome as they gave hot juices and drinks as per request. They also provided extra bed and accomodation for extra person for existing 4 sharing as it was an emergency we couldnt book extra room. Pricing was reasonable. Overall a good experience.

Was once upon a time a very good hotel. Metro work has hampered the happy stay at this hotel. Probably might be for an year or two. Hope Southern Crest regains it's past glory post Metro construction.
The rooms are not that clean. The parking is super tight. Very inconvenient. Complimentary breakfast is okay. Service is good. Hotel needs a major remodel.

The hotel itself is UNHYGIENIC. Washrooms are very dirty. I think they don't even do room cleaning. The boys who helped with room service is good and polite, but what to do with that when we're waiting for a blanket changing process for about 30 minutes. 306 room phone is not working at all to make phonecalls. Really stupid. Food rate is a bit expensive. The rooms are smelly as well. PLEASE DONT JUST CHARGE FOR THE ROOM AND FOOD BUT TRY TO MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS. I DEFINITELY DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. SO SORRY TO SAY VERY DISGUSTING.
I strongly don't recommend this hotel because it's unhygienic, and not worth the price. Old door, old furniture, small bathroom, smelly. The important thing is a lot of cockroaches. Everywhere can see the cockroaches ...Guest Lift on the second floor was not working. Guys beware! Don't ever go to this hotel. I would give 0 stars to this hotel.
