Located at a prime location , opposite of Barista cafe and near Lycee school . It's a very old nursing home in kolkata. Many renowned doctors are attached with this nursing home. All the doctors , staffs , nurses and sisters are well behaved , polite and very helpful. One thing for which I am very disappointed is that , there is no AC in this nursing home in the rooms and the corridor. Only OT rooms have an AC. The nursing home has a parking facility outside. Overall it's a nice nursing home.
The treatment done is below average, the staff and nurses are not well trained, they misbehave with the patient and patient families. They will not reply to your questions, they will ignore if you ask anything about your patient. Save your self from this nursing home. Better go some place where the staff is good Worse staff , nurses, didis and aayas. They play ludo and watch tv on phone while your patient is taking deep difficult breaths. They will not even get up to see and wont even clean the patient body well. Admit there at your own risk. It is not suitable if you want to bring your patient alive

Dr. A.R. Nandi is not only a third grade doctor in nephrology but a worst person that our family have experienced. He misleads patient party and is sarcastic and insensitive in his remarks. He plays around the bush with non medical and irrelevant conversations. He has done wrong diagnosis to our patient and made the situation critical. When haemoglobin, urea, creatinine, wbc all counts were alarming and the only solution was a dialysis, he prescribed oral medication and never emphasized on dialysis which lead to a critical condition. When an emergency situation arised he simply denied to even help in admitting the patient and instead misbehaved with patient party. Finally admission did not happen in Belle View Clinic and he did not even bother to call back to enquire about the patient whom he treated for last 2 years. He is a demon !!! When we discussed the case with other doctors they simply laughed at what this old Dr. Nandi had done. Never visit this Doctor as he will ruin your patient's health. We have really suffered a lot because of this worthless nut !!!
My mother was admitted there in critical condition. Under Dr Nirup Mitra and other doctors and nurses . The Care she received was simply superb even the nurses were very nice . Dr's were very helpful in answering all our questions. After eleven days she walked out of the nursing home . Thank you Dr Mitra .
Don't go to this Nursing home. Biggest Faoud in Kolkata. they will rob you anytime. worst Doctor, Worse Facility, Criminal minded People working over there. They know only Your money. stay Away from this Nursing Home.
Infrastructure is average, however nurses are good. Take care of patients genuinely. Okay treatment by the doctors.
Pathology department is really good. Also various imaging services done here and quality of result is satisfactory. Indoor facility is also good.
