Clean rooms. Room Size varies with same price. Parking facility is very poor. No proper parking. The Poor thing I found is that the toothbrush given by them seems like already opened and Stapled one. In some rooma AC is not working properly.

Best residency in thalaserry. Walkable distance from junction and bus stand. Car parking available. Rooms are neat and clean. Service was good. Room s are Comfortable for 2-3 persons.

The service offered is not so good. Seems like the management is not caring about the customer satisfaction or customer needs. Even though it's classified under 3 Star, facilities are not up to the mark. Lift service also not reliable always on maintenance.
Worst experience ever. Stinky rooms with frequent power failures. Very poor customer service and the hotel employees were very rude. The staffs did not even provide drinking water. When asked they said they were unable to get at the time. The rooms were AC except that the whole block will loose power when we switch it on. Some of the rooms didn't have a fan also. One good thing is that there were a lot of cockroaches to give us company over night. The employees behaved as if we were being paid to stay there. Please don't get deceived by the pics. You can get a better sleep by the road side.
