Amazing aura of the institute. People are friendly. The yoga instructor Mrs. Ashmita khanna ma'am is very well trained, she leads you through class and you go where your body takes you, she helps you with poses to make sure your form is correct. It's a great yoga institute for any age group.

It's been seventeen months that i had signed up for yoga classes at Sophistication Yoga Abhayas by Mrs. Ashmita Khanna. It has been an amazing experience and has awe-inspiring effects on my mind and body. Improving my physical strength and flexibility helped me relieve my stress. I appreciate the way she takes the whole class along and gently motivates each one of us to extend our boundaries. I would definitely recommend classes here for those who are interested in yoga. I also like the flexibility which is offered in terms of timings.

Saphistication yogaabhyaas is not only about yoga it's full of mixture Aerobics, zumba, cardio, Dance, Enjoyment and fun.... Etc. Each and every one client are comfortable to come because the environment of the centre are mingle... Ashmita khana mam always support everyone and focus each and every clinet the always taught new things which are benfecial for us. Each and every day before going to class I am eagerly excited for the class. I don't even know when class is over... who comes once can't go back... I am glad that I joined there and found a change in my body....

I have joined yoga classes, since then I can feel the positive changes in my body, mam is also very supportive and sweet. In addition to yoga, I have also attended meditation classes which was fantastic... You guys should join.

Indeed, the best yoga institute in the town. Mrs. Ashmita Khanna ma'am is so down to earth. I myself came here with a health issue, but with her constant support and guidance, I've become so great and strong. Also, this institute not only offers yoga, but dance, zumba, calisthenics, PTs, meditations etc all together to help us live a fun filled healthy life. Love u so much ma'am

l have learnt.a lot of perfect information about doing yoga. lt is good to know how to prevent injury in doing yoga and this is my aim in taking this course. l feel wonderful every time after doing yoga. However, owing to my age, l got stiffness in my joints. Therefore, l encountered difficulties in many postures. l wish l can learn some methods to overcome it. Our yoga guru Ms.Ashmita Khanna is also very good yoga teacher, she is charming and dedicated to her work. Moreover, she teaches yoga as a perfectionist. I am sure that it was a perfect experience with her and eager to learn more and more things from her.

Sophistication Yogabhyas is the perfect place to learn Yoga and Meditation where all the yog asanas can be learnt with ease. I have been learning Yoga here since almost 3 years . I am leading a happy and a healthy life. Here, The Yoga instructor Ma'am Ashmita Khanna teaches Yoga with utmost care and responsibility. Her indomitable spirit and awakened mind motivates everyone whether a child ,a youngster or an adult to learn Yoga with her own pace.The Institute , the music , the people and She herself as a Yog Guru gives a feeling of Positivity and Enlightenment.
