Firstly if you like to visit this place during Corona pandemic situation then you should carry your mask...the do not allow without mask. Staff are very Supportive and humble. I visited this place for my headphones warranty clam. I should tell my experience with sony service center. First day they check my headphones and rising Job card. With in two days they call me and tell your headphones arrived please come in working hour and pickup your headphone. Sony gave me brand new headphones. After reaching they took only 5 minutes for paper work and give me my new headphones. Very fast service. Also they follow all the corona pandemic rules and regulations. Proper physical distancing ....also wear mask. My experience was awesome. Only issue with entrance.. They do not have accessible entrance for Disabled person
Highly laid back staff, no feedback system. And worst part either they are liers or inefficient/ non professional. After three days of wasting our time they tell us that LED is not repairable and the only way out is exchange offer. With our LED worth 75k going out for Just 7k. Now the same LED has been repaired in 4k by a local chap with no showroom level set up. Shameful job by service centre
Very nice experience with staff members I have the 22 years old music system They repaired the system in the same day Also they listen to my problems and give their best suggestions that what can be done even the other alternative also Very nice behaviour well done

I really love the environment there and the staff was very supportive. I went there for my led tv . They told me it will take a week but my they called me before that . They explained me every single details about the defect and how it was repaired. Overall my experience was amazing.
Staff is cooperative with customers but they don't have accessories of damaged or repairs products immediately available. First they access the product , find the unserviceable items . Raise job card . Demand items from the company . And after coming they fit it back to make service again . This is not their fault , it is the fault of company , which sets up service center but unable to provide resources at appropriate time. This process takes 20 to 45 days.

I gave my Soni vial laptop for update. They said 1180rs will be charged for all general services and update. I said fine. They said this will take one Day to do all things. I gave my laptop...but they take 5 days ..and didn't answer my calls. I have go there 3-4 times...just for asking for they done it nor not. Finally they said they can't update my laptop because our recovery cd is not working. Authorised service centre don't have recovery cd. And they said general services are done like cleaning..etc. I said I don't pay for this... Finally they charged 800 rs for giving my laptop back. Kuch ni Kiya BC or pese liye.....jb kaam nahi hota toh q khol ke bethooo h ye Band kro logo Ko chutiyaa banana.
