Went there to replace my data cable. I reached a few minutes later after their closing hours but still they attended me. That was the good part. The better part is they replaced my data cable without asking any question except bill. Wow..!! Thanks

I SUGGEST EVERONE TO NEVER PURCHASE iball PRODUCT BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR......THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE SO MUCH BEHAVING....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO POOR...THEY HAVE NO VALUES OF OTHERS' TIME AND MONEY....THERE HAVE SUCH TYPE OF EMPLOYEES WHICH COMPLETE THEIR OTHER WORK ON SERVICE TIME...ON OTHER SIDE COUSTMER HAVE TO WAIT FOR ALMOST 1 HOUR......

I give 3 star bcz of the service men behaviour is good but the service of i ball is very very poor. I gave a laptop adapter one month ago for replace and i recieved yesterday.

The staff present was helping nature and well behaved, quick and smart person, but he was not provided with adequate sphere parts to repair equipments .

Great service given by the person (Arif) at the service center. Only in 3 days I got my headphones repaired . Very satisfied
