Suggest to visit other nearby Authorized Sony centers or skip to buy Sony products, this service center guys make for fraud and disagree for the repair or replacement, I buyed sony headset under warranty more 11 months 28 days but rejected to repair or replace thier answer I kept decoration stickers on my headset so warranty can't claim, I request them product not even switch on simply rejected we don't care this is thier services

Well maintained Service Center and Well trained Staff. Maintaining Every Walk-in Customer Health Details. Hand Sanitizer, Using Infrared Thermometer to measure the body temperature. Seats arranged to maintain the Physical Distance.

Sony's Authorised Service Center. They repair most of the products by Sony, i.e., headphones, TVs, speakers etc. Very professional in their service, the office is also clean & well-kept. Although I wish it was a little bigger, they only have two associates, so you might to have to wait in cues for a long time.

This place provides excellent service for SONY TV, Sony Earphones, Sony Home Theaters. This is authorized Sony Service center.

Probably the only SONY Authorized mobile service centre left. But there is no use going here. They say almost stopped service to most mobile models.My Xperia Z1 Compact screen broken and they say sorry,no spare parts and service available. So went to private mobile shops @ Secunderabad paradise. They changed my display and phone is working for now. At least they are helpful than authorized service center.

Worst and fraud guys. I faced issue with my Sony tv and unfortunately i call this worst service center and they came and told that mother board needs replacement which costs 7500. Again i am facing same issue when i called this fraud guy is not lifting my call. Initially they claimed they will provide one year warranty for mother board and now they are not lifting phone. I came to knew that they have adjusted my old mother board to work and they have not replaced. Don't believe this fraud guys.
