Songtsen Library is nice place if you wan't peace time and do self study.
It has beautiful garden and architectures build inside. If you are a peace lover this place is definitely for you, though it is located at a distance from the main city but still its aura is worth travelling.
If you are really interested for a calm place to study your books this place is for you. Apart from it you can visit for a heritage walk . It has beautiful architecture & gardens that is so attractive. You'll always find water lily blooming.
Timing of this library is 9am to 5pm and holidays on 2nd and 4th saturdays of every month,and the good thing about this library is that there is no noise of traffic and people, very quite place you can read and study with full concentration and also can enjoy some birds chirping...

Too much effort to reach there and it is member only library so couldn't really see the books and library .. books for sale were in Tibetan language
