Please dont go to this pathetic mart.. I shared you my experience with the mart. One day i bought britannia nutri choice biscuits from here and after consuming it I found that biscuits are of very low quality and smell was very bad despite that i went to shop owner and request him to replace the product but he said very arrogantly that we will not change the biscuit as it is the duty of the shopkeeper to exchange the product if it is not good... And they didn't value there customer as I am taking the item from this shop from the past 2 years regularly... So its my suggestion for the consumer to not to take the products from these type of low grades shop owner who do not value their customer.

There is complete variety of products of grocery to cosmetics.

But there is store owner who is hyper focused and try to follow do & don'ts and point out if anyone doesn't follow.

The staff is unprofessional. They have hired bunch of jokers to keep themselves entertained in the Mart. Nobody even attends to you.
If you ask something they don't know but if you don't ask everybody is suggesting something.
The owner rarely sits here and the staff makes a wonderful mess of the Mart.

Sona mart is an over expensive place with very few offers. It's better to place an order through blinkit, zepto or instamart rather wadting your precious time here. If you really want to go out and buy try D Mart at Chaudhary Mall, beside opulent mall GT road or More at Gaur central mall
