Stayed for 2 nights with our kid. Very spacious room, more like 2 rooms in 1. Service was very good and prompt. The staff was very helpful to say the least. Very good location along with excellent view for mountain view rooms. Food was very tasty. They should improve their breakfast spread
Its a good hotel with elegant rooms and buffet spread. The entrance is very poor and seems like one is entering a central jail. This needs to be improved. Also garden area needs to be beautified with more lights
1) Hotel Property is excellent. 2) Room size is quite big..almost equal to 2 regular room size. my kids enjoyed space for playing, 3) Good service by hotel staff4) Breakfast time. As leaving hotel early is requirment of Kashmir tourist to reach far off places.. this hotel provided buffet breakfast at 7:30 AM. On request they provide basic breakfast if leaving before 7:30 AM.
Superb service. Hospitality is at its best. This is a beautiful bouquet property with a decent lawn and ample parking space. The staff is the real ASSET of this place, they are always ready to solve your queries and make your experience a memorable one. Beautiful and clean property Tip: try their junior sweet on 2nd floor, its amazing and spacious.
Could have easily given 5 stars for this but just one drawback which is during power cuts they dont have a backup. And power cuts are very frequent in srinagar. So evrytime there was powercut, i had to turn on the tv again and it was completely dark in the room. On the positive note I loved the stay. Rooms are well spaced and garden is cherry on the cake. Their food is great specially allu poori. All the rooms are garden facing. Going to stay again at same hotel whenever i go again(will carry an emergency light though ) .
Hotel service is too good, staff is so friendly and helpful. Even the hotel room are neat and tidy with Hot water service available 24hrs. The location of hotel is also good with an amazing Mountain View and garden area. They have a separate dinning area and food is also good.
Very helpful staff. We faced some issues which were resolved quickly. Manager reservations was able to take care of them quickly. Thankful to the team. We can sleep comfortably.
