I have been coming to Solid H&F for the last six months and it's been a great experience for me. I chose to pick this place because it was the nearest to where I live and had good reviews. Turns out I made the right choice.
Trainers here are really good, friendly and do their job perfectly. They dont unnecessarily interfere and always ready to help when we need. Trainer Vicky was the one who helped me get things started in this gym and he was very helpful in addressing my queries and set me up perfectly.
Gym is very spacious and spread across two floors. First floor is for cardio, Zumba and CrossFit. Second floor is for strength excercise. It has all the workout machines we need and the management keeps adding new machines every now and then.
I started here with one month membership to test out how this gym is and was happy with the experience, so extended it to 3 months. Now I subscribed for the 6 months pack which comes with 2 extra months free of cost.
Biggest gym in mugalivakkam surrounding with 3 floors. Very spacious and neat. Very comfortable to workout. Loaded with lots of equipments with experienced and certified trainers. Very affordable. If you people are looking for cozy gym in very affordable cost, should definitely visit this gym.
Excellent gym and great ambience.. conveniently located on the main road near DLF., Huge space with total 3 floors. First floor is for cardio and CrossFit. Second Floor is hydraulic and manual equipments. 3 floor is for zumba.. and all the workout machines seem durable and are clean...
I've been going to this gym for around 5 months now, and I have to say it's a fantastic place to work out. It's very well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and organized. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great fitness experience.

Besides being well maintained, the gym also has all imported equipment. Trainers provide guidance in all possible ways. All of the trainers here are excellent fitness trainers. They guide us while we do the workouts. Helps us maintain good health to stay fit. Maintaining a very clean gym throughout the day. This gym is highly recommended.
