I have been associated with Sohan institute since April but with the help and cooperation of the yoga masters my back and other joint pains have reduced a lot.. And I have become much more flexible than before.. If anyone wants to stay fit both mentally and physically, I would suggest them no other option apart from yoga and Soham institute is a very good place for that,, both for young children and aged people as well.
