It has good facilities for corporates. But as a typical govt facility resources are not put to use or maintained well. Whether it is their lift or Innovation zone or the gym, they are just showpieces. Probably the biggest issue will be Ants.

As a govt. office, the place could have been more beautifully maintained. It was not maintained up to the level.
