Well I have been associated with sociofit since the beginning. I would say it's one of the best gym in Guwahati because you are given proper workout plan with diet and the coach would guide you with proper form and technique so that you don't injure yourself while working out . However your dedication and consistency matters the most to reach your goal .
Cosy and friendly atmosphere!! Best thing is it is open on Sundays as well!! Which most gyms are not! So go give it a try!!
