Snow View - Tourist attraction in Nainital - Kumaon, India

This is a beautiful place at a small climb from Nainital Mall road. You have to first take the ropeway, then you walk a little. The walk and climb is easy, comfortable for even a 3 year old but not for senior citizens as there is a considerable incline. The view from here is beautiful, you can see the snow clad peaks far away in the horizon above the clouds. There are no extra charges but if you want to use a telescope to see it clearly, you have to pay 20Rs. There are many souvenir shops, dinosaur park, horseride, go karting, bumpcars etc available here along with small eateries offering snadwiches, maggi, tea, coffee etc. Must visit!

Very average place .. roapway prices are extremely high ... you have to stand in the roapway.. the adventure park is fun place for children.. some adventure activities are there but all are good for children.. the roap way ticket prices should have been lower ..

Snow View Point is one of the most visited places by tourists for watching majestic Himalayas from Nainital. Known as best view point in Nainital, Snow view point offers tourists an excellent views of snow capped mountains like Nanda Devi, Trishul and Nanda Kot. At Nainital mall road, you have to cross the lake and take a slight right. You will get the ropeway counter, buy the ticket, submit it and wait for your turn. Each cable car carries 10 people.
