This is a wonderful homestay managed by wonderful people. The room is quite spacious and can fit in 3 people very easily. The bathroom is squeaky clean and very modern. The place is located in a very earthy, organic and natural setting with coconut groves and local homes all around which will heighten your experience many notches up as you will get to see the real Tripura lifestyle. It is very quiet and in the morning there are all kinds of birds in the garden and all around. The railway station is nearby, although it is a little far from the airport but not according to the standards of even middle tier cities. The host, most of all is wonderful. When I stayed, Snehalata's father was the one looking after the property and he made wonderful food for me all the time. He gave me tea whenever I wanted. Also helped me so much with planning my trip and saved me a lot of money in getting me good taxi drivers and also advising me to take the train to Unakoti. Overall, the folks are wonderful, location is wonderful and the food was wonderful. I will stay only here the next time I come. I am sorry I missed reviewing on airbnb, but here I am reviewing to make up to it.
I had a great experience staying at Snehalata homestay. Arpita and her father were very kind and made sure I was comfortable during my stay there. They also offered me some delicious delicacies of Tripura, which was so nice of them :)
Arpita also made sure that I get dinner earlier than their normal time so that I can rest well and feel rejuvenated for my next day's journey, which was supposed to start early

Good Accommodation you can book in Airbnb. Very homely atmosphere. You can actually feel like home. The owner is a old person very humble in behavior and managed by his daughter very clear in communication and very helpful and cooperative in nature. If you want to stay near ONGC etc it is very nearby but if you are planning a place at the heart of the agartala city, it is little far from the limelight but easily connected by Auto service. If you want peace of mind at the end of the day and want to wake up on the lap of nature you can definitely book this place.
We booked the stay for Christmas holidays of 2021 after reading the reviews. But things that are highly misleading are-
1) The lane that leads to the stay was soo narrow by the asbestos sheet boundary of the neighborhood that our Innova was very difficult to park inside the property
2) The property mentioned itself as "child friendly", but they have no concept about what it means.
Every other minute they complained about our child of walking in pomp- pomp shoes, blabbing and what not
3) The furnitures were very uncomfortable and made uncomfortable sounds on sitting,lying down
Yeah!! If you happen to visit Tripura, then this should be highly recommended place, either you are Solo traveler or with family! One of the sweetest and friendly host Arpita I have ever met We were three friends backpacking Tripura for the first time in December 2021 and fortunately ended up to the best Stay of Tripura. Very well maintained rooms and warm welcoming family(aspecially Arpita's parents) felt like a home away from home. The property also has a well maintained kitchen with basic utensils and groceries. Kindly make a note whenever you board a Auto from Airport/Railway station Auto drivers tend to mislead you saying there is no such homestay or telling you false information such as that area is not good and all, in that case I would recommend you to put on the Google map location orelse contact the host for the directions.
