All I can say is Thanku so much! Chayan and team for giving us this incredibly planned trip. We had a long trip of 24 days covering Assam, Meghalaya, Darjeeling and Sikkim. The Hotels selection and their location was excellent, All the transport and transfers were at par. The drivers were very cordial and well mannered. Chayan and team were just a call away in case of any issues or queries. They customised the entire trip as per our inputs and preferences, Also,they took special care for my kid's comfort and provided us with itinerary, checklists and things to carry before heading for a place. We went on the Ranidhunga day hike and it was a beautiful experience. We wanted to do something different from the sightseeing we usually do as tourists but also something that's doable for beginners. The Ranidhunga hike was just right. Our guide Snacgahang was very kind and it was a joy hiking with him. He was also very knowledgeable about the plants and animals and local lore. The packed lunch and tea were refreshing. I found out about Smile Panda online and co-ordinated with Chayan over phone. He was very accommodating and arranged for our hike on rather short notice. Overall a great experience!
