I've been training at Smash hit fitness studio for about a month now The gym is well equipped for all kinds of workouts and all the trainers and staff are very well trained to assist all clients in any possible way. It's a good choice for both beginners as well as those with experience. My current PT is Sriram and I'm extremely happy with him as my PT. He's extremely good at what he does and with his help I'm sure I'll be able to reach my goal.
Nice space and environmental zone for workout in mangadu ... I joined here 1 month before which I lost 6 kg with hard train with the help of sriram(Mr.india)... Affordable package for all the age... Cleanness and good trainers available... Two month before and now I have reduce 12kg mass transformation by Mr. India sri ram coach......
Though many gyms are in Mangadu , Smash hit gym is the best. Trainers are friendly and very helpful. Amazing personal trainers ,complete and clean workout space .Thank you for the fantastic and fun experience in gym. By far Definitely the best facility around.
This is the wonderful gym i have ever seen in the surrounding of mangadu.they have all types of equipments and all the age category people can join here .This gym is carried out by MR.INDIA SRIRAM master .people who are interested in body building and weight loss can surely join here . Very nice gym with almost new equipment . It's been 1month I joined this gym. Came with the complaint of knee pain and with big belly. I could see could improvement on the above 2 factors as I am feeling great to have joined this gym. Trainers Sriram, Naveen & Dhinesh are kind enough to guide based on your ambitions be it weight reduction or to build your body. Feeling great...... Worth visiting and trying atleast once.
It's one of the best gyms I have ever seen. The gym is well equipped and hygiene. It's honor to get trained by Mr. India. The staff and the trainers are very friendly. They also suggest good diet. It's really helpful to be motivated and consistent.
