Not the right place for beginners and women looking for weight reduction during the postpartum phase. Though the gym is well equipped it is suitable for people who have a good experience of using the equipments. They are not very professional. Proper workout routine was not suggested after several requests. Diet consultation and diet chart was promised at the time of joining which never happened. The concerned person was not reachable and hence it turned out to be a waste of money for me.
Great gym with international equipment and exceptionally good trainers. Got seperate area for Cardio, steam is available.

Recently joined this Gym. I think this is the best gym in this area. Gym is very specious and well equipped with many and latest machines. Trainers are capable, professional and very helpful and supportive. They have a small kitchen too which provides healthy dishes.
Best in class in terms of equipment and has a very cohesive training atmosphere. Other than co owner and main trainer who has more than 25 years of training experience, all other trainers are polite focused and friendly. Highly recommended for beginners and those who take fitness seriously
