A very honest and realistic review from my side since I am very regular to the gym!! This is for Smartflex Vazira Naka. Pros: - Spacious and clean - Good ambience - Good trainers - Enough equipments for all muscles - Decent crowd Cons: - Some cardio machines are not operational - AC water leakages on the floor sometimes - Some machines are very old and outdated - Gym does not have a steam (if that's very important for you)
I feel it's the gym which got all the equipments needed to do all kinds of workouts. All the equipments are quality smartflex brand dumbbells and star trac machines. It also provides you with crossfit training and equipments. Sound system is good. Washrooms are clean. Only downside I see in this gym is that trainers does not pay that much attention and care less to help you. From all the trainers, if I need to, I can count on only one trainer in this branch. Overall I like this gym because of the great and all kinds of equipments it provides which matters the most.

not good equipment all are second hand used ... also owner is very rude in talking ... they didnt give any money back nor any kind of compensation for the lockdown where the gym was shut ... when all other gym started on sunday also i had requested to him to open on sunday ... so the rude reply i got from him was that i have to pay the money from my pocket if any BMC official comes ..... i dont go to any gym to meet BMC official i guess it is his business and his job to manage all that
