Smart Bazzar - Grocery store in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

This was Big Bazaar previously, but now it is Reliance Smart Bazaar. The Big Bazaar chain of shops has been brought by Reliance group. It is located on the road and it is easily visible from inside your vehicle . They are still in the process of changing, collating, and sorting things out. The shop is undergoing renovation also and many things are not available for purchase. The parking space [P] is not covered and your vehicles will be out in the rain and the sun . The staff were courteous and friendly and answered all of our questions. It should take another 1 to 3 months for everything to settle down.

Big Bazaar Coimbatore! It was very much crowded when it was in Oppennakara street, Coimbatore. Now when I went there last week it was not that much crowded. Discounts for all items are too good. Staffs are very helpful.. One thing I found negative was the billing counter, there are 5-6 counters but only 2 was active. Billing counter person was very much helpful and she told me about the credit points available in my card and she helped me in redeeming the points with free shopping worth Rs700. Thanks for the valuable information. I would have never knew if she hadn't told me about the reward points. Bakery was too good and the pleasent smell from the bakery kitchen tempted me to the section and the bread items were too good. Got some basic dress collections for kids and many other options for young girls. Rates are very reasonable. If you're planning for shopping, this is the one stop shop for all your needs.

Good place to get all types of products in one roof .They have various discounts on each product but some products are kept even though the expiry date is nearing . When I visited most of the products were old stock so please check your product expiry date before buying.

Poor maintenance. The shop is full of mess. Clothes are not arranged in hangers and rack. They are hanging on the floor,here n there. Difficult to find our size. The trial room is dumbed with trolleys, bundles etc, no space. The quality of the clothes are not good,it looks like old clothes covered in dust n stains, they have given good offers but seems like old stuffs clearance sale. Worst staff service, nobody is responding in the clothes section. Limited staffs. Parking area is look after by only one security person, difficult for the car to reach the exit gate area,where crowded with two wheelers, customers used trolleys,no security person is available to guide at exit point. Average store with offers. Overall my shopping is unpleasant.

Worst experience. THEY NEVER CARE FOR A YOU. PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE NEARBY. First no one to respond in first floor. Whenever they see us they hide and if voluntarily call no proper response.Fine then we ourself took dress and went to billing counter only three were functioning there for entire shop. I waited patiently when my turn came I was denied as the previous bill is not closed. They went to add something for some offer. This happens in other places they bill the next person and do the billing again for them. They store and rebill easily. This guy doesn't have knowledge about it..? Is it his mistake or improper training by management...? My entire shopping is waste of time here. Also to mention no proper arrangements of clothing. One of the best places to shop in Coimbatore. they have almost all home needs in low budget and high branded things as well. variety of crockeries kitchen items electronic items, vegetable, sweets and cakes as well. Brand Factory is their outlet for branded clothing for all but their collection is mainly focused on gents dressing. there is a collection of footwear as well sometimes they will broke offer up to 70 percentage. be cautious about their billing usually they make mistake on billing
