Lately opened and & rude behaviour of the security, and some employee. These people don't know how to behave customer. Very bad experience
It takes a hell lot of time to make payments. More billing counters are needed. While it takes only a few minutes to collect items, it takes an hour or more to just make the payment. Also the management team and the supervisor never really look into the kind of behaviour made by their staff towards the customers.
You'll get everything you want. But the only problem is with their billing counter cashiers - are not well behaved. Actually it's not their fault. They should have installed self checkout or different checkout counter at each floor to relieve the hectic tension between them and customers. Cmon It's Reliance atleast they can install self checkout counter or else instal different billing counter at each floor.. Isn't!??
