My experience with Slim and fit has been and continues to be perfect. All the trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable and they are ready to assist at all times. In addition to fitness, they also share nutrition diet plan for good health. I highly recommend Slim and fit to all the ladies who wants to stay fit and remain healthy!!

I have joined this institute 2 months back because I had irregular periods due to desk job and as a result, I have gained too much of weight. I have been adviced to take special classes by Lipika ma'am and under her guidance, I got rid of irregular periods and loosing weight along with toning of my muscles. I am really thankful to Lipika Ma'am and all the other trainers of Slim and fit Institute for working so hard and making us strong and healthy

I was suffering from different problems due to excess weight. Due to health issues i was not even able to conceive after so many fertility treatments. During 2017 i have joined Slim & Fit institute and started doing excercise everyday. I have gone through IVF treatment and in the 1st attempt my treatment was 100% successful because of the help of slim & fit. Now i am a happy mom of twin babies. I heartfully thank slim & fit. Keep up ur good spirit. I am still continuing my classes here and will continue.
