- AC will be turned off at 9pm the gym is supposed to be closed at 10pm...
- lights will also be turned off when people are working out .. we must insist to turn it on..
- Sunday gym Wil be closed at 9pm.. reckon slam gym works until 10pm - 7 days week.
- Repair and maintenance very poor, it takes more than 2 weeks to change the cable.. if we order in Amazon it gets delivered in a day
Overall not a good experience
The gym is super good, there's HQ trainers for sure. Equipments are top notch. There's steam bath facility as well as changing rooms, shower rooms etc. Crossfit is coming up vv soon. Maybe the showers should be lil more maintained or else everything is perfect.

The SLAM GYM is really nice. Best in class equipment And friendly management. Mr Santhana Raj is my trainer . He makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explain the benefits of the exercises we're doing , and consistently shows me new exercises. He's a good personable dude who cares about doing a great job.
Gym is never cleaned, no vacuum done, lots of people come wearing shoes from outside, most of them don't carry towels, music system needs to be changed, every time it gets conked off, if SLAM monitors this strictly then it's a great gym to workout
One of the best gym in sholingnallur area. Staff is very cooperative. Well maintained. In morning times (6-8 am)it will be crowded. They will give you a workout regime to work on.you have to follow your regime. Staff won't come and help you proactively however if you need help they are always available. Only if you ask they will give you the diet plan. Otherwise they won't give special attention. Overall it's a good place.
