I've had a fantastic experience at this gym in Adyar. The spacious layout and variety of equipment make each workout enjoyable. While there's room for improvement in equipment maintenance, the knowledgeable and friendly trainers, especially David, enhance the overall experience. His expertise and experience have been invaluable in helping me achieve my fitness goals. The gym's prime location adds to the convenience, making it a top choice for a well-rounded fitness routine.

I love this gym only because they have a good lady PT. Ms. Pooja my personal trainer was fantastic! She crafted a personalized workout plan, motivated me, and delivered great results. Highly recommend and must for anyone seeking fitness improvements!

The gym has great facilities, and the trainer, Ramesh, is highly knowledgeable and motivating. His personalized workout plans and motivational approach make each session highly effective. Highly recommend both the gym and the trainer.

Ideally located in Indira nagar Adyar adjoining TTK hospital. PROS: Well equipped gym with a wide range of free-standing and assisted weight lifting equipments. First floor is dedicated for cross fit training, rock climbing and boxing. Second floor is equipped with treadmills, orbital machines and other equipment. Sufficient number of qualified trainers are present at all times. The annual fees is only Rs 10000. CONS: The trainers force clients to opt for Personal Trainers at an additional cost. This is intrusive and highly unpleasant. Trainers may be doing this to meet targets set by the management. There is a layer of dust and cobwebs in some places. Re-racking of weights is not done. Some treadmill machines need minor maintenance like replacement of peeling stickers. Car parking on the road only.

The atmosphere of the gym is excellent. Trainers are always ready to help. However the equipments and machines are average and definitely needs some updating. Apart from the heavy crowd between 7pm and 9pm, it is one of the best fitness studios in Adyar. And members don't need to worry about bringing their headphones/earphones for better focus as Amrita ( a member in the gym ) will ensure that she blasts Michael Jackson and Weeknd songs on her iPhone 14 pro max and turn the gym into a dance floor. So don't be surprised if people are spotted dancing near the dumbbell section. It is absolutely normal. The phone with the loud music will be placed in the centre so that everyone surrounding it will get demotivated. Overall 3 stars. One star taken away for average machines and another one for the unbothered staffs who don't care about members creating ruckus and nuisance to others in the gym.

I took an year membership in this gym and my experience left much to be desired. The hygiene at the facility was severely lacking, with an overwhelming unpleasant odor that seemed to permeate the entire space. The changing rooms were far from clean, and the lack of attention to basic cleanliness was concerning. Moreover, the gym's equipment maintenance was clearly an issue. Several machines were out of order or malfunctioning, making it frustrating to get a proper workout. It's disheartening to see such a lack of investment in maintaining the very tools that members rely on for their fitness goals. Moreover there is lack of machine to workout and too crowded at the gym they need to know their capacity. And gym doesn't need a pool table as its a gym not a resto bar. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the hygiene and maintenance problems. As it stands, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean and functional workout environment.

Pros: You can avail a lot of facilities inside the gym. There is a separate crossfit section along with a boxing cubicle. You can analyse your mass muscle and skeletal mass with a detailed description of macros in your body. As far as I know, the management is very friendly. Cons: The usage of AC inside the gym can be reduced to a certain extent so that the atmosphere can be comfortable. There is no free incline chest press machine. Sometimes using a Smith machine may not render effectiveness.
