It is a nice hotel to stay. The hotel is located in a nice place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Facilities are available. Service was good. The only thing I didn't like was that the room was a tad bit unclean. Other than this issue, all other stuff were good. Overall, it was a good experience!
It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming.Amazing food and service . Staffs are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to assist. And for their price 100% worth it. I would like to come back again and again.

It is at a very bad location Porthapur with no proper connectivity. Some rooms had AC problems. All.rooms are not of equal length. Some are too small for the same cost.
It was better than Hotel the kings as provided by Vacations Andaman but was not a great place to stay.
The food is too costly and the waiter will keep telling that food will get delayed. It took us 1.5 hrs to finish our lunch from around 2.30 pm to 4 pm.
Always check Hotel ratings and photos before saying okay to hotels to tour operators
Loved everything about this place, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for richness in flavours, enlightenment of taste buds or simply finger licking gud delight

One of the worst service I had.
They switched off the lift while my wife was in the lift, created a big panic among the family. After asking the hotel boy he say yes I switched off the lift (In an attitude way). How can he do it when someone is inside and also without informing.
@SL : You should inform the customers that lift service timings or make sure the lift is empty and when you turn it off.
What would have been the case if it was kids inside?
Hotel staff's are not ready to accept their mistake and keeps arguing. (Not only for this case for everything, i.e. Hot water, A/C, TV, Stinking Smell)
Such a worst and bad experience overall
A.c is not working and nobody gave response after changing room gizar was not working again service issues.
