A hidden gem on the outskirts of Chandigarh. The road to the property gives you a forest resort feel. Very quiet, peaceful and serene environment. They are extremely welcoming and friendly towards dogs. Me and my husband stayed there with our two labradors, the caretaker even made sure that the milk we ordered for the dogs was warm and the rice was perfectly soft. The garden and lawn looks fabulous at night. The food is very tasty yet non-spicy, like home cooked meal. Will definitely stay here during all our next visits.

Location is very nice, Host is very kind, very nice garden and must stay for a night if you love quiet place. Near to all rock garden and sukhna lake. Just need to maintain building a bit.

C'est un havre de paix pour echapper a la vie trepidante de la ville, meme si Chandigarh est une ville assez calme. Skyview Family est bien situe, a 5 minutes en rickshaw de Rock Garden. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, grand jardin avec une magnifique pelouse, tres agreable pour prendre le petit dejeuner. Vinod et son epouse qui s'occupe de l'hotel (ainsi que le proprietaire) sont d'une grande gentillesse. A noter : si vous voulez payer en carte bancaire, c'est uniquement via une application mobile.

Had a good experience as the staff was very supportive. Good homemade food. A family takes care of the homestay. Nice view.

We booked directly with BP Chauhan who was very eager to get advance for the booking and promised the best deluxe room for us and our two children and dog with special vegetarian breakfast. We arrived at the property and the caretaker took us to the room which was very old, dirty and mouldy.the sheets looked like they had been slept in. There were slippers next to the bed and extra mattress had holes holes was dirty. And even though it is peak season there was no one on the property staying except for 1 caretaker who was very kind. The whole property is absolutely old and broken in places - chipped wall paint,broken furniture, wood chips falling out of windows. We had to immediately leave and find another hotel. Chauhan the manager refused to give us the refund and has basically lied and betrayed us and stolen our money. Don't be fooled by pictures online. They are more than 10 years old.

We were on the way to ladakh so we stayed in sky view chandigarh for our relaxation and refreshment the room was really good restroom was neat and clean the incharge of the property Mr.Vinoth is very much humble and prepared home made food for us which is very much delicious.
