Very pleasant and quiet. Little far away from the city, but one of the best societies in Pune. Maintenance is

Good society with townsheep. The flats are vry spacious and well lighted and ventilated too. The amenities are also good with all essential elements for children and elders also. The security is also tight and cooperative. The thing need to consider is it's distance from the city.

The apartment is beautiful. We live in a 3 bhk. All have balconies facing the nearby hills. There has never been a power supply problem. It has a 24/7 generator. Water supply is great. The neighbours in this society are friendly and do not interfere in others' business. We have a huge walking/jogging path. People walk their dogs. It's great for raiding newbor s and toddlers.

Premium residential apartments with picturesque scenery and nature around. 8 huge towers with most of it occupied as of now. Only one challenge is reaching there from main road. The connecting road is very poor quality and narrow. Hope that it gets built well in coming days. Feels like isolated as of now, but in some years it will be a perfect place to live nearby Pune.

Nice and clean society to stay in. It has common campus with tower 13, 11, 8 & 7. Also this tower has common garden which is well maintained. It is with good security and with power backup for the flats and the lifts. There is separate lift for the big materials to carry and also designated parking for all flats. Good stay for bachelor and family as this is very quite residential area away from the city.

SKIYI SONGBIRDS ( Real side ) This is one of the society without any amenities, the clubhouse is not a part of songbird society it privately own by builder, you have to buy membership by paying 2L rupees and that too not very useful, members will get 10% discount on their regular charges like community hall has rent 25000 ( + gst ) for 4 hrs. and after paying 2L membership you will get 10% discount like this all activities in clubhouse. The water quality is getting very poor day by day, no proper arrangement for water treatment. Security is useless, many pending issue in society which builder not responding from so many years. More over construction quality is not good, water leakage and kitchen base are regular problems in society, walls can be easily break by hitting hard. Only best part is building space and central garden, apart from this this everything is mess. Think before buying property here ... ( i own a flat in songbird & this is what i observed in last 5 years )

Nice society and society members are also good and society is so peaceful. Because this is inside 1 km of road so that's why no vehicle noise

Pathetic type of construction. It's just lot open space and good ambience. Construction quality is like so bad in middle walls of flats that also has lot cracks in just 1 year. Our money they have just used in building open spaces amenities so that it looks better from outside.
