Very well built society.. Construction quality is superb.. Water supply and electricity supply is 24/7.. Although some issues are there regarding parking and amenities like gym, swimming pool is not yet built.. Playground and Children's play area is functional.. Manas lake is just at walking distance and lot of restaurants and hang out places nearby.. If you like a home in nature's lap, this is best option..
The sales person lacked manners and passed comments he should not have. We had visited with the intention of buying 2 apartments, needless to say, not even thinking about buying one with Skyi now. PATHETIC!
It's a good gated society with ample open area and good administration by society office. Natural surrounding has lots of greenery. Schools like sanskriti and popular schools transport is still not available, which needs to improve. Good commercial/shopping complex development and well connected to hospitals.
There's been a persistent hard-water leakage problem in the basement parking, which has caused stains on my new car that are impossible to remove. Despite the agreement mentioning certain amenities, they are still pending, notably the completion of the community hall.

I booked flat in same project , in June 2015 . i am hoping to get it till Dec 2017. its not stared yet . i wish i will get it on promised date . but the project is awesome. Clean air , direct sun light in hall or bedroom , fresh kitchen and no polution at all, yet not full developers area but you will get bus till main paud road , you have to take wall to reach to this place , if you have own vehicle then no problem at all, driving from the lake side is amazing experience , no electricity or water problem at all, according to developers they are pupming water from mulshi dam, they developers cement road which will be last long till 20 years, new 4 lane road development started from the chandani chowk , i clicked images in winter in the morning and its awesome
The location is very nice. The buildings are neatly designed. This project is a good investment for the future because of 70% open spaces, as promised By the construction company.
Awesome and spacious Apartments. Most of the buildings are located on hills, Hence you get a good Breeze and sahyadri's view. Connectivity is an issue. You require your own vehicle.
