Poorly managed. Poor customer service. Lobby area in the floor where we were allotted a room was stinking of cigarette smoke. The room which they opened for us was worse with the stench although looking neat. I demanded another room, which was then on a different floor. But they insisted I pay additional 1500. They are just interested in squeezing the customers. When we asked for more drinking water, they demanded payment for that too. All that after taking about six thousand as charges for one night not including food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sivaraj Inn, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel deserves its 4-star rating, as it truly exceeded my expectations in various aspects. The hotel staff was exceptional in their service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The staff members were attentive, courteous, and always ready to address any queries or requests I had during my stay. The culinary experience at the hotel was a highlight. The food was not only delicious but also creatively presented. The diverse menu options catered to a range of tastes, and I found myself looking forward to every meal. The hotel's attention to quality ingredients and flavors was evident in every dish, making dining a true pleasure. The amenities, particularly the rooftop gym and pool, added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. The gym was well-equipped and provided a stunning view of the surroundings, making my workouts far more enjoyable. The rooftop pool was a haven of relaxation, offering a serene escape with its inviting water and comfortable lounging areas. Overall, my stay at the Sivaraj Inn was a memorable one. The staff's hospitality, the culinary delights, and the top-notch amenities, including the rooftop gym and pool, created a truly positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Neat and nice place but rooms prices are high. Both online and offline booking are high price. I think only rich peoples and VIPs can stay here.

Had a birthday party celebration, very good service and kind staff ,food was delicious, very much satisfied with Mr Rajkumar who took care of us

Nearer to both bus stand and railway station. Charges are reasonable. Clean and neat. Well maintained . Morning complimentary breakfast is decent one. I liked tender Coco chicken.

Bar service is very worst, my humble request friends don't visit. Service person giving importance to particular set of customers. Having partiality (means difference snacks at all)

Good hotel in a good location. The standards are better than many 5 star hotel in metro cities. Facilities available like valet parking, room service, buffet, rooftop restaurant, spa, gym and swimming pool. Food was delicious. Cleanliness was good for room and bathroom. Good room service team. Good staff. Overall a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Nice stay. Staffs wr very co operative. They supported us alot. Have a nice resturant. Soend three nights thr. Suggestion is keep variety in breakfast menu.
