It was a family vacation and stay was very comfortable. The rooms are big enough and the staff is really Very good and supportive. We had breakfast and dinner over here and sometimes we ordered food in room everything was tasty. The decor of the hotel gives you royal feelings. We had very good experience at Siris 18. Thank You team and staff to make our stay comfortable.
Pathetic experience. Even staff is behavior is not good. Dirty bathroom. AC was not working. Refrigerator was dirty. Water was not draining in bathroom after bath. The food was very oily, even after inform then about this before cooking. I do not recommend anyone this.
Even they are not able to accept payment using card. Only cash and upi payment was available.
Overall Experience was Good ,
Neat & Clean Room with all amenities.
Staff was Good & Cooperative too.

Hotel is really nice. Staff behaved nicely. Rooms were very big and done beautifully. We stayed in room no 302 and 306. Both rooms were really nice. 302 was even bigger. These rooms are best part of the hotel. Hotel doesn't look that good from outside but it is really nice from inside.
Online price was showing very high but when I talked with hotel management they gave me decent price deal for those days.
Breakfast spread was fine. not too good but ok type.

Amazing host and service. They offer homemade meals, which are absolutely amazing. I enjoyed dinner so much that I had breakfast and lunch as well. I was offered to extend checkout until my train left in the afternoon. What a service!
